SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days using UPS.

UK DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping within the UK is FREE.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE:

We offer international shipping to European countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order is subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Prepaid duties are managed by our courier service and are paid by you at checkout.  

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs (and duties if shipped to outside of the UK)for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@drivyskincare.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
