What it does

The Regenerative Exosome Face Cream is the final step in the Dr Ivy protocol and the one that determines whether everything that came before it is sealed in or lost. Applied after the Serum, it delivers 20 million additional Centella Asiatica exosomes while forming a breathable barrier that locks in actives, restores skin resilience, and maintains hydration for the full 24-hour cycle.

Unlike conventional moisturisers that sit on the surface, this formula works at a cellular level. The exosomes continue the regenerative signalling started by the Serum — stimulating collagen and elastin production, calming inflammation, and accelerating repair — while the supporting ingredients rebuild and protect the skin barrier from the outside in.

The texture is deliberately lightweight. At this concentration of actives, a heavy occlusive base would be counterproductive — slowing absorption and creating the greasy finish that makes most luxury creams incompatible with daily wear under makeup or SPF.
